Will my account get banned?
VoltraChat works through Meta's official Graph API and uses only the flows Instagram allows. DMs go only to people who engaged with you first; strangers are never messaged. Spam behavior simply doesn't exist in the product. The final say always belongs to Meta; we only use Meta's official API and the flows it permits.
Is it compliant with Meta's rules?
VoltraChat runs on Meta's official API and the flows Meta permits. Every message travels through Instagram's own infrastructure, and anyone can opt out instantly by replying STOP or DUR.
Where is my data stored?
Data is hosted in the European Union (Germany, Hetzner) and each business's data is isolated in its own workspace. When you delete your account, your data enters the deletion process; the steps and timelines are on the data-deletion page.
How long does setup take?
Connecting your account and writing your first rule takes about five minutes. No technical knowledge needed: you write the keyword, the reply and the DM, then save the rule.
How fast are the DMs?
